I feel like the only way to get my job done is to work an insane amount of hours. I want a life, and to do school, and to keep my great job. How do I do it all? Any ideas world?

Are you working insane hours to get YOUR job done or are you working insane hours to do over and above what you need to be doing because that is what is right. If you are like me(: you are doing the latter. Schedule your big rocks LIFE, SCHOOL, etc. in pen.
